Shipping policy

At Carbon Savage, we forge premium tools and partner with Tier-1 logistics networks (VIP Shipping) to deliver them safely to the USA. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched from our fulfillment facility. This allows us to perform strict quality control on every blade. Processing time is completely separate from shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for VIP Shipping to the United States is 5 to 12 business days.

  • Disclaimer: These transit times are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed. While 95% of our packages arrive within this window, external factors such as severe weather, high-volume holiday seasons, or carrier operational delays can extend delivery times.
  • We do not issue refunds, partial or full, for packages that experience carrier delays but are still successfully in transit.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take 2 to 4 days for the carrier's tracking system to update the initial scans, especially during international transit handoffs.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Delays
Carbon Savage covers standard shipping costs, but we have absolutely no control over US Customs and Border Protection. We are not legally or financially liable for any delays caused by customs inspections or clearance holds.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect Address: The customer is 100% responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the item is handed to the carrier. We will not refund or reship orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.
  • Delivered/Stolen Packages: Once the tracking information officially marks the package as "Delivered" to the provided address, Carbon Savage's liability ends. We are not responsible for stolen packages off porches or mailboxes. Please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim.
